Job Purpose: Lead Generation and Business Development Prospecting

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has the ability to build relationships quickly, thrives in developing new contacts and leads, and is motivated by crushing goals. They are driven and don’t require a lot of direction to take action. They can handle many tasks and objectives and enjoy the challenge of moving many leads and prospects forward at the same time. Additionally, they are creative in their approach to the work, finding unique ways to build connections and establish trust with potential clients. They are driven, highly relational, fast moving, and eager to build business. 

 

Requirements:

  1. Current established relationships with large corporations and/or high growth start-ups

  2. 2-5 years of experience in business development

  3. Brand purpose and business transformation industry knowledge and connections

  4. Based in Atlanta

  5. Ability to work remotely and at a fast pace

  6. Self-motivated and goal and people-oriented

 

This is a new role within the company, and it will require a person who is able to succeed in ambiguity and develop and execute processes. We expect this person will thrive at understanding and promoting our unique brand.

 

Commitment

Part Time: 10 hrs a week

Pay: Monthly Stipend + Commissions

Direct Report: CEO / Managing Partner(s)

 

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage a CRM and prospect list

  2. Develop and execute a Sales Process

  3. Lead Generation and relationship development in fortune 1000 companies

  4. Proposal and pitch development

  5. Closing Sales
